Marlot Griep

PhD researcher

Marlot is a PhD candidate within Education Lab NL and ACLA (Amsterdam Center for Learning Analytics) and is affiliated with the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Marlot obtained both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in sociology.

Marlot works within the Teacher Lab and focuses in her PhD on the mental well-being of teachers. She previously conducted a quantitative study into the careers of starting teachers and a qualitative study into the turnover of primary school teachers in the metropolitan context.
