Mathilde Theelen

PhD researcher

Mathilde Theelen is a PhD candidate within the Language Lab . Her research is on the effectiveness of language education, with a focus on the use of technology in language education and on the effectiveness of thematic reading instruction. Prior to her doctoral research, she held various positions at TNO and worked as an education consultant at The Next School. She studied Linguistics at the University of Cambridge and Artificial Intelligence at the VU in Amsterdam.
