Tom Stolp

Senior researcher

Tom Stolp is a postdoctoral researcher at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA) at Maastricht University. He obtained his research master degree in Economic and Financial Research at the School of Business of Maastricht University. At the same university, he obtained his PhD in Economics in 2018. Since then Tom has conducted both scientific research and applied research for public and private parties. His main research interests focus on human capital development and education, measurement and effects of economic preferences and personality and personnel economics. Within Teacher Lab his research is aimed at identifying effective policies to reduce the teacher shortage.
