GOVERNANCE

Our management team aims to build and grow a unique and sustainable institution while also developing their own fields of interest and expertise. Management team shares responsibility for overseeing tasks such as fundraising and project development, hiring, financial planning, and communications, as well as organizational development. The management team is supported by the association’s executive committee. The committee represents the Education Lab Netherlands is together with management team responsible for all decisions with strategic implications. The members of the executive committee are also program leaders in their own areas of expertise within our research network.
