Per Bles

Senior researcher

Per is working as a postdoctoral researcher at EducationLab Netherlands, at the Amsterdam Centre for Learning Analytics (ACLA) of Vrije Universiteit (VU) Amsterdam since February 2024. In this role, he investigates the teacher shortage in the Netherlands.

Previously, he conducted his doctoral research at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA) at Maastricht University (UM), focusing on how flexibility in the Dutch education system affects educational outcomes (social inequality).
