Per Bles is a PhD candidate on the NRO-funded project Flexibility of Education Systems at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA). Before that, he was a researcher at the same institute and amongst others contributed to the Netherlands Cohort Study of Education (NCO), the research project on Excellence in Higher Education and ROA’s school leaver surveys.
